Ondol is a traditional Korean under floor heating system.
In the past, we placed large stones under the ground and let the heat flow through them.
But nowadays, we place water pipes instead and hot water flows in the pipes and heats the floor.
So, most Koreans live on the floor.
Our family also likes to lie on the floor.
Last winter, we bought a new leather sofa, and we didn't even use it!
This warm floor is really charming kkkk Oh, and there's good news about this Ondol!
Our government is trying to register Ondol as a World Heritage.
I'm really proud of Korean culture.
